Preheat oven to 350°. Put all ingredients for Topping in a Food Processor and pulse until crumbly and set aside in a cool place. Peel and slice apples and place in a large bowl. Stir in melted buttery spread, brown sugar, lemon juice, Arrowroot flour, vanilla and sea salt. Spread apple mixture into a 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle the crumb topping to cover the apples. Bake for 45 mins.
