  • 1 8oz tub Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • Heinz original cocktail sauce
  • ½ lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 large cucumber

Methods/steps

Let cream cheese soften some but stay cool.  Stir in chives and lemon juice.  Cut or pull tails off of shrimp.  Slice cucumber into about 1/8 inch slices.  Spoon a dollop cream cheese mixture onto cucumber, spoon a bit of cocktail sauce pressing down the cream cheese.  Pinch the shrimp into a curl and press into cocktail sauce and cream cheese.
