Methods/steps
Place cookies in food processor until fine crumbs. Remove cookie crumbs from processor and replace with nuts, and grind until fine. Add cookie crumbs back in with melted chocolate and liquid, and blend together. Roll mixture into balls and coat in sugar. Put directly into an airtight container.
Additional Tips
This is a very versatile recipe. You can add cinnamon in the fall and mint in the winter, orange, any gluten free liqueur.
